Jouw positie in ons team

Je werkt als operator CNC mee aan het productieproces in high-end producten voor nationale en internationale doeleinden.  

 

Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je werkt mee in de productie aan de CNC-machines.

  • Je staat in voor de bediening van machines.

  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en springt bij waar nodig; 

  • Je draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel en bent technisch sterk; 

  • Je kan zelfstandig en georganiseerd werken. 

  • Je werkt in een vaste namiddagploeg (MA-DO 13u00-21u00 - VR 12u00-19u00.) Op termijn zal dit veranderen naar een alternerend ploegenstelsel.


Jouw profiel

Je stapt met energie en overtuiging in deze rol, kiest bewust voor een langetermijnverhaal en groeit mee met Boplan. Je neemt ownership over je loopbaan en treedt op als een overtuigde Boplan®-ambassadeur. 

  • Je hebt ervaring en/of interesse in een operatorfunctie; 

  • Je hebt ervaring en/of minstens affiniteit met digitale toepassingen (vb: digitale werkorders, digitale machineschermen). 

  • Je hebt ervaring in het werken met CNC-machines.

  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken is je op het lijf geschreven; 

  • Je bent resultaatsgericht: je streeft ernaar je aantallen te bereiken en draagt bij tot het continu werken van de machine(s); 

  • Je hebt goesting om in een productieomgeving te werken; 

  • Fysiek en repetitief werken schrikken je niet af; 

  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, jouw collega’s kunnen op je rekenen; 

  • Je hebt ambitie om mee te groeien met het bedrijf.
